What if I don't live in Australia?

How do I order?
Once you've have looked at the service page and decided on a size and print option you can send me an email, or use the contact form to provide your details and image file. Once I've verified that I have all the information that I need, I will get started on your image. If I have any questions, I will contact you via email.
What if I don't live in Australia?
If you live somewhere other than in Australia, please contact me for a postage quote before placing an order. This is only because international postage costs can add up quite a bit, and it saves you getting a nasty surprise.
How long will it take?
Once I've got all the images and information that I need, please allow approximately 7 days for me to get your proof ready to send. Once the proof is approved, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery of your printed product.
What if I don't have a digital image?
If you have a photo that you would like done, but it's not in digital form, you can scan your image. If you don't have a scanner at home, you can get most photo processing places to scan it for you. Please make sure that you get it scanned at high resolution though, 200dpi at a minimum! Higher would be better.
What size should my image be?
The bigger the better basically. Send me the largest version of the file that you have. Please don't send web or email size files. They need to be the full print versions.
What format should my image be?
Jpeg, or jpg, is generally the most used format, but I should be able to work with most other images too. Please ask me if you are not sure.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
While I hope that you will be more than satisfied with the end result, sometimes it's not always possible. If after viewing your proof you are not 100% happy, please let me know specifically what needs to be changed and I will attempt to do it at no extra charge. If after viewing the second proof you are still not happy I can continue to make changes but you will be charged an hourly rate. But hopefully it doesn't get to that point!
How much is postage?
As postage cost vary between sizes and output options (not too mention locations) I don't have a standard postage rate. Once I know what size and output you are after and your location, I will give you a postage quote.
